Central America
These countries include; Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, South Mexico, Nicaragua.
The Central American beans give their own style of flavors and notes. They are middle ground with boldness and mouth full. They have some sweetness and fruit notes at the end of the profile. These can be had alone or blended with other countries to gain more complex flavors.
South America
These countries include; Famous Brazil and Columbia and Peru
The beans from here are middle of the road with boldness and mouth feel, you can pick up on floral notes. These are common blends as a base and build from there.
Africa
These beans are bolder with some floral and honey notes. These are good on their own or blended for a complex flavor profile.
Indonesia Islands
Sumatra, Java, Bali and Fores
Java is what put coffee on the map. These are great coffees with complex flavors of a bold body, chocolate notes and spice earthy notes.
